We really wanted to like the shed, but the quality is rather poor. We’ve had ours for about two years and it’s already falling apart. It has leaked water the entire time we’ve owned it. Cheap materials and sloppy assembly with misplaced, or just missing, nails and screws (as demonstrated in the photos). The installer also left behind a mess that we had to clean up ourselves. We were told the issues would be fixed under warranty, but that never happened and the company stopped replying to our inquiries. Spend the extra money ... read more

Having looked through the available builders of sheds that actually build onsite. I found that Zshed was the best. It is truly a custom piece from size and color choices we went with the metal roof upgrade. We look forward to having years of benefit from such a nice shed. Arnold G Update: The shed is in great shape, everything works and the paint on the shed has healed up great.

I would give zero stars if possible. After heavy rainfall, we discovered our newly built shed was leaking at the window, causing newly installed sheet rock and insulation to be waterlogged and water coming through a 1-inch gap in one of the doors, causing the floorboard to become soaked and waterlogged. I contacted Allen Zitting, the owner and builder, via text and two phone calls to report the issues. Despite our efforts, he never responded or followed up. Allen the owner of Z Sheds just completed an 8' X 10' shed for our family. It is all but impossible to find a builder who would build on site up a steep unimproved road in the Brazos, NM area, but Allen did just that. The weather wasn't always cooperative, but the job got done in a timely and very Professional manner. Allen was open to some custom changes and incorporated them into the build. We can't Thank Allen and his Z Shed Company enough for a very Professional job. It looks amazing!
