Dealing with the staff at Zs Heating and Cooling regarding my heat pump installation and the application process has been a pleasure. They have been 100% helpful and have guided me through what would have been a complicated process. With there knowledge and experience, they have made it simple and smooth. Z’s Heating & Cooling in Dartmouth, NS, were very quick and responsive (even answering my questions in an email late on a weekend evening), knew their stuff, seemed very competent, were reliable, and I have no complaints with their service. I decided in the end not to go through with their heat pump installation for unrelated reasons
