Awesome gym and owners. Love everything about it!!
An exceptional workout environment
ZRock offers an amazing Christian atmosphere around every corner, from their trainers to the Lazarus Workout to the inspirational verses written on the walls in the bathrooms! I absolutely love the Lazarus Workout and the different instructors each day. This is a gym for EVERYONE...including kids now since they have added childcare during peak hours. I promise you, you will never feel intimidated working out at ZRock! I'm so thankful my husband and I joined!
