I truly appreciate the care and kindness I receive from everyone. The entire team is welcoming, courteous, and always helpful. Dr. Zack Tillbrook is one of the best doctors I could have hoped for. Waited 45 minutes and ended up having to leave without being seen. Not sure what happened, but people who arrived after us were being called back before.
This was my first visit and was scheduled with Zach. The appointment was scheduled at 10:40 and was called back early, once in the room Rasheeda where she sat and reviewed my history. Zach arrived just a few minutes later, he also sat and discussed my history and concerns. I felt listened too and a care plane was discussed. I was very happy with the care and treatment from Zach and Rasheeda and will definitely be continuing my care with Z-ROC.
