I’m giving 3 stars because Michael and Abby give great cuts for long, curly hair and have for years. That’s another loss for me and a huge bummer. I won’t call out the colorist by name. On the 25th I went to get a balayage and when I got home I realized the “blonde” came out very white and yellow with a huge yellow chunk on the top. I went in the next day to ask for it to be fixed because I was starting a new job and frankly hated it.. I had my hair done by Abby. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and told her my hair's history of what's been done to it. We had a good conversation and she seemed to understand what I wanted. Unfortunately, it did not come out remotely similar to the example I had shown her. I wanted a medium chocolate color with a smooth transition to a slightly lighter beige brown color.
