They didn’t care about customer satisfaction and behaved aggressively during the service. If you’re unsure about the desired eyebrow shape, they argue instead of communicating politely. staff members were extremely harsh, and they still charged extra without delivering quality
I love the haircut. I always get my hair color from there and they did my eyebrows pretty well! I really like it. It's a very nice salon.
My mom and I have been coming here since the COVID days, and it’s always been a fantastic experience! The staff is consistently professional, friendly, and welcoming. The place is spotless, and the services are fairly priced. We always leave satisfied. I 100% recommend this place to everyone!
Today is the 2nd day I went to this center. Again, I got really disappointed with the way they look at someone who is in a black tone. Is that happening only for me?? Did facial, but all the cream was in my hair, and they did not bother to clean it and just kept staring at me for no reason. Of course, I stepped out without providing a tip. Those two ladies are always at a mind set to stare and not in a welcoming mood. Definitely will not recommend to anyone.
Amazing experience at ZR. Both Zara and Rozina are very warm people and proficient at their work. The services are good and quick too - just the way I like it.
