Avoid this clinic at all costs. I am new to the area and had been looking for a new local doctors for some time and had landed on ZPlus because of their credibility and chose to dismiss other 1 star reviews on this forum, BIG MISTAKE! I have been to this clinic twice the first to discuss a vulnerable topic in which I was met with a condescending and degrading interaction with Dr Farshid Kavian. I couldn't get into my regular dr so I live local thought I'd give the clinic a go. On arrival I Was greeted by two of the most beautiful ladies, I was feeling emotional and unwell and they both comforted me and made me feel so welcome. To those ladies you made my afternoon and I will now be making it my regular Dr Leigh Henderson
The receptionist told me that they perform IUD removal but when I turned up waited for 40 minutes, the doctor came out and said no...they don't do that here and gave me a referral. Felt like a wasted trip...only if the receptionist would know about what they do or don't, I could have saved a trip.
Friendly and helpful staff. Not a long wait to see the doctor.
