Today we saw Dr Nafooti. She was so lovely & helpful. My son was very comfortable with her too. The ladies at the front desk are always lovely too!
The doctor I see here is kind, helpful and informative. As always with most doctors the wait times can be longer than expected, but that can improve when booking on less busier days. The pathology does not tend to children, but there is a QmL in townsquare that does, they are a lot faster as well. As for the cleanliness of the waiting rooms and offices, they could use some attention. Especially the air vents, there is mould forming around the edges. The doctors at ZPlus Clinic are always thorough, helpful, and friendly. I’ve never had to wait long for my appointments, and booking online makes it really easy and can always get an appointment. Patholgy is conveniently located in the clinic. Clinic is open Saturdays. The receptionists can get quite busy, but are always friendly, courteous and helpful. Overall, it’s a well-organised clinic that provides excellent, all-in-one care.
