So grateful for the kindness I received from A Pizza Place! As a thru-hiker I rolled into town at 9pm, where most places had already closed. When I called they were so kind to throw a pepperoni pizza in for me last minute. Hungry for any real food, it tasted amazing!! but I stand by it when I say this was the BEST PIZZA ON TRAIL. Amazing family that runs this place, who set an awesome example of kindness and compassion for all. How you have helped this hiker will not be forgotten!
Very poor customer service and made me wait for over a hour for my pizza to be ready . Won't be coming here again
We ordered the vegan version of their "Napoli" pizza. We were really looking forward to it since it had great reviews for their non-vegan version. What we received was a pizza that might have had the garlic sauce and possibly some vegan cheese on it and 11 pieces of tomatoes for 8 slices. No fresh basil. Very dry, sad looking pizza that I would have been very embarrassed to send out to a customer. We suggested returning this pizza and perhaps getting another pizza at 50%.
