I do not recommend ZP Tax. They lack the attention to detail necessary to properly fill out your tax return. For example, a child was left off of our tax return during preparation. After our tax returns were filed, I discovered an error after coordination with the State Tax Advocate which necessitates an amended tax return in order for us to receive money back. I alerted Carlos to this error and I've since received radio silence. Please do your research before selecting a tax preparer.
