I had the most amazing experience with Zozo! From the very beginning, she was incredibly accomodating with our budget and helped guide me through my vision. She went above and beyond to make sure everything looked stunning without compromising quality. She responded very quickly and was happy to help me even though I contacted her constantly to change small details. Please book her for your event!
Scammer. Came here for my engagement party. We paid $1700 for ONLY the STAGE. And it wasn’t even how I wanted it. It didn’t look good. Wrong colors, wrong designs. Last minute she didn’t have half of the stuff we agreed to put on the stage- and she didn’t even give us a refund for what was missing. Later found out a friend paid $1000 for the stage, tables, and entrance. When coming here, just be careful and make sure the price sounds reasonable.
This is the worst business in the world I never seen weaker and ugly flower like that until I first walked in the place is so unorganized and filthy. Also I was speaking to the owners daughter and she decided to argue with me and my family after we asked for a slight request. But don’t ever go to Zozo design you’ll regret it.
Not much to say flowers were ok but the costumer service was horrible no body answers the phone until ur at the shop and the prices was high. Save ur money don’t waste it on this dump.
The best place in Dearborn for wedding planning very friendly and respectful and most of all cares about the customers opinions. she did an amazing job for my sister wedding the price was very good and she worked with our budget also she was at the wedding hall making sure everything was how we went it thank you so much
