Ordered my 1set of plugs last year, they all came looking like top ramen, dried squares. They never turned green and I followed the direction to the letter. They sent another shipment, which was green upon arrival and after planting stayed green but after winter, they never turned green again. Now I have square spots throughout my yard looking like dry noodles everywhere.
