Dr Gavrilman is an AMAZING doctor. The one star is for the front office staff. I made a 2 week post op appointment two days after my surgery. I showed up at my scheduled appointment and they didn’t have me in the system. The girl At the desk said that their system must’ve been down when I made the appointment. I told her that I was limited on time due to the fact that I had to get back to work. She said OK I’ll fit you in and I waited for half an hour, watching everyone else go in, and ended up leaving. Dr Gavrilman is a great Doctor, but unfortunately, she sees patients in this Park Ave ave office that has the worst staff. Tiffany and Ashley are the worst professionals to deal with patients. They lack professionalism when speaking with patients over the phone, they are slow to respond to emails and very rude.
Dr. Gavrilman made me feel comfortable and did an excellent job with the job, wish I could remember the assistants name because she was also amazingly spectacular - thank you ladies !!
