I stopped by this facility to get information about their fertility services, but unfortunately I decided to leave after witnessing how the front desk staff treated a delivery driver. He was simply trying to deliver a package, yet he was spoken to very rudely and treated as if he didn’t matter. Seeing that interaction made me uncomfortable and concerned about how they treat people in general. Courtesy and respect should be shown to every human being. It definitely affected my impression of this place.
Our twins are 24 years old. 26 years ago my midwife referred me to a specialist down in Sacramento. I walked in for my first meeting only to have the receptionist tell me the doctor had quit the day before . . . but another specialist had agreed to take over my appointment.
