Shauna promised me that she would get my hearing aids to fit my ears. She promised to stay with me until they fit. It was TOO GOOD to be true. Rather, once I paid her, she was only good at changing the tips on the aids. She "shaved" them, changed to having no tip, then to hard, clear plastic tips then to little rubber tips & now I have been back to the originals.
