My sister and I took our 91 year old mother to Zounds - Central (Manchester Road) yesterday. What a great experience! It's a beautiful store at a great location! Mom was treated with such kindness and patience. She went in with severe hearing loss and came out able to hear again! Wish we would have done this sooner. She is able to hear all of the things she has been missing for so many years and now, communicating with her is a breeze. Best part is she is so happy about it!
