Knowledgeable and Friendly. Among the best I have experienced on the relationship between hearing and dementia and on the technical hearing aid breakthroughs that are currently being implemented to address these issues. I was very impressed with his friendly service and virtual library of knowledge.

I have been a client at Zounds in Yuma for many years. The Phonak Hearing Aids are fantastic. I just recently have been fitted with the Phonak Sphere. I recommend checking out this new technology. The real stand out feature at Zounds in Yuma is the Customer Service. James LaVin is always available to answer any questions I have and to get me in if I need an adjustment to my settings. James took extra time and care to explain to me why preserving your hearing is so important in preventing dementia and he also was knowledgeable and helpful in teaching me how to use my hearing aids properly.
