Knowledgeable and Friendly. Among the best I have experienced on the relationship between hearing and dementia and on the technical hearing aid breakthroughs that are currently being implemented to address these issues. I was very impressed with his friendly service and virtual library of knowledge.
The level of expertise and the personal service is unmatched. The concern and follow up for their customers is top-notch.
