My mother's hearing aids went dead. Lund quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part for it. After a few days the part was not in, but we had to go out of town for a week, without her hearing aids. Lund was able to make an alternate hearing aid without the said needed part. My mom was so happy with the new hearing aid, and we were able to go on our trip! Great Service!
They are prompt and friendly
I love my Zounds hearing aids and that service is free. The staff here is knowledgeable and helpful. They explained how a challenge I had can be avoided in the future. I was really happy with their patience and with their practicing with me until I really understood what to do. Thanks to a great staff.
The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. I though I had a real problem with my hearing aid but it turns out it was just a receiver. It was under warranty and they replaced it at no costs. I've worked with a lot of hearing aid people over the years but working with Thomas was truly a great experience. Definitely recommend!
