I walk in to this place, Mr Luis Z.was very courteous he was in a call where patient is complained, he ask to the Dr Ivonne to check my hearings aids to see the problem.She don't even open those or checked! Just proceed to do a hearing test and make paperwork with the Insurance.She told me many times you are not our patient , and this need to be fast because I have another patient, and we are seeing you with no appointment!.
