I recently was in the Coral Gables away from my home. My hearing aids quit working…I was fortunate to get an appointment at Florida Hearing Institute. Ivonne Baixeras was wonderful..she explained why my aids didn’t work..and showed me how to clean them.She was professional, polite , and knowledgeable! A true professional with a beautiful smile. Great at selling a new hearing aid but fitting to my needs and after sales service were poor…the dealer lacks technical competence for at least one brand it sells. I finally went to another dealer who solved all my problems in one visit..but of course had to pay for what I should have received from the FHI. Additional comments based on FHI’s response. 1.
