I had an initial inspection on Monday 11/11, the technician was polite, professional and personable. Unfortunately he was unable to fix my issue due to a part needed that he didn't have. He advised to call the office the next day for a new quote and to reschedule service. I have called 11 times over 3 days and have spoken to a person twice. I was a bit worried at first that my AC manufracturer (Engineered Comfort) sent me to random contractor, but I was so wrong on my impression. They could do entire procedure of fixing my AC the morning of next day after my call in less than 1 hour, explain me everything with no questions whatsoever. They did outstanding job for (IMO) very reasonable price. I have them in my quick call list now since I know they can solve my problem without me going bankrupt.
A/C unit was not working, Zorzitec sent a technician who was professional, quick to diagnose the issue, and transparent with the process. The price was reasonable too. Recommend their services for condos.
If your job isn't big enough they ghost you. Unprofessional and rude.
