Most products are good with cheap pricing and good quality. However, there is a lot of missing information on the items. I also had a few instances where shipments were problematic. But overall, I’m having a very good experience with them.

Very disappointed in this company. They are a middleman. I ordered something I needed in two weeks thinking with the 3-5 business days delivery gave me two or three times the days before I needed it. I received an email confirming my order and then a tracking link that went nowhere except reading a label had been created. I have to Thank Zoro for the excellent customer service!! The delivery and quality issues I had experienced were corrected very quickly....not use to that in this day and age. I appreciate the prompt responses and action taken. Thank you again....other companies could learn from Zoro.
