The pharmacy is a joke. The online refill request page is down; that's fine, it happens. The page lists a phone number to call in your prescription order. Great, place the order. Two days later, no confirmation go to the pharmacy to check. "Did you use the automated phone system?" Of course, that's what the website told me to do.
