Initially Zorn was great. We ordered 2 20hp Quincy screw compressors, a refrigerated dryer and a 400 gallon receiver. Zorn was timely and answered my questions. Then the problems began. It became impossible to get them for service. Service that is required for Quincy warranty. We got them to come once. I was forced to do it myself and pray we didn't have a claim. Fast forward to year 7 and the dryer failed. Prematurely for a refrigerated dryer but maybe partly because it wasn't properly serviced. I'm not sure. So we order an... read more
