They owe us $4,094 for a purchase they never paid for. Won't return emails or phone calls. They are avoiding collections. Don't do anything with Jeff Farlander (owner) or this company. They are not an ethical group.

Tried to place an order online, but came up with an error message from their website after all info was entered. Have tried to call this company at least three times over three days and have left messages for a return call….no return call. I assume they are out of business.

I hope that the company actually will read this, since they do not read emails. Placed an order on 10/21 crickets other than they were waiting on a FREIGHT CHARGE..... If they can actually turn the order this week and provide me with some tracking I might give them a higher rating....... Not a good experience so far........

Avoid this company at all cost. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. We received damaged products from this company and they refused to take it back and refund us.

Beware, I placed an online order and got a email confirmation of my order but thats it. I called the phone number and it appears no one works there? I have emailed also with no response. I am canceling my online credit card purchase, buyer beware. Look up the google address and it shows an entirely different company name.
