A very good pie; The sauce is perfect, the cheese is stringy, the toppings aren't skimpy. It was delicious. The only improvement it needs is a bit more gluten development, to give it larger bubbles/cavities in the crust, and a stretchier texture.

I've ordered pizza here before but was blown away this time! The crust is so fluffy and crispy in just the right ways. The cheese pizza had a robust mozzarella flavor and a little seasoning on the crust that had me finishing every bite (as a usually anti-crust person). The hot honey pepperoni was just hot enough to make my toddler say "oh no, spicy!". We were hungry. It was 3 in the afternoon. Most non fast food restaurants in the area were closed. We went in the staff was happy and pleasant. We ordered a small pizza. It was excellent. The dough was home made light and crispy . The sauce was excellent with lots of cheese. The pizza had 8 slices. It was more than enough. We just needed a quick light meal and it was tasty and perfect. I will think about the pizza until I come back for more.
