If I could give zero stars, I would.
I have been a patient of Dr Pretto for several years. I am so happy with how professional she is and caring. She has been thorough and unlike most doctors does not overreact. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She has always prescribed outside test when she feels it is necessary and it’s always following up. She responds quickly to my calls when needed. I feel so fortunate to have a doctor that I feel so comfortable with.

I saw Dr Pretto almost a year ago. First she was mad that I got a same day appt, told me there was a waitlist. I called asked for an appt and was scheduled. It’s not my fault the office didn’t know she had a waitlist. Then she sent me test results that seemed alarming. I asked for her to call me, she had her nurse call me. I asked again. She wrote an email. I asked a 3rd time and when she did call she was annoyed and said, we discussed this in our appt. I’m sorry, I had follow up questions.
