Upset and extremely disappointed. After many months, Dr. Pretto's office continually fails to provide my insurance with pre-authorization for Prolia. Long story--will skip many details.There is no reason the office cannot fix this or have prevented this hassle in the first place. Dr. Pretto recommended Prolia for me but the office has not come through no matter how much communication my insurance and I have tried to have with her office over time. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I have been a patient of Dr Pretto for several years. I am so happy with how professional she is and caring. She has been thorough and unlike most doctors does not overreact. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She has always prescribed outside test when she feels it is necessary and it’s always following up. She responds quickly to my calls when needed. I feel so fortunate to have a doctor that I feel so comfortable with.
