Office is complete garbage. Whenever calling in you can only leave a messgae could never speak to someone in the office . Dr pretto completely lackadaisical. DO NOT COME HERE
Upset and extremely disappointed. After many months, Dr. Pretto's office continually fails to provide my insurance with pre-authorization for Prolia. Long story--will skip many details.There is no reason the office cannot fix this or have prevented this hassle in the first place. Dr. Pretto recommended Prolia for me but the office has not come through no matter how much communication my insurance and I have tried to have with her office over time. She's very nice and I like her, but the office is not run well and I'm tired o... read more
