Can I give less than 1 star? I see I'm in GREAT company. Wow. Biased, ignorant, and a liar, to say the least.
Leaving one star is too many. This has been a terrible experience. I would not recommend Katie Zopf to my enemy. She took my retainer Aug. 18th 2019 and after trying several times to use her services she would simply ignore emails, calls and concerns (which I have each attempt documented). Mind you, the (Oakland County) court system recommend Katie to help with custody issues. I have now been trying to get a refund for months and have gotten nothing but failure to respond other then 36 days ago saying it was sent to her bill... read more
If it were possible to give this lawyer a negative star I would. She is by far the most unprofessional lawyer I have ever encountered and a disgrace to the profession overall. If you want to blow $3000 on a retainer and have a lawyer who doesn’t do their job hire Katie. She cost us our custody battle because she said she filed a motion and never did, even after we asked her two more times! I would’ve been better off setting a bon fire than paying that pathetic excuse of legal representation.
