Katie has been so refreshing to deal with…. She has offered pleasant followup without the pushy sales tactics. My 19yr old wasn’t sure what he wanted to buy but Katie gave him the space and time he needed, and was totally approachable to discuss his options. She guided him through the finance, purchase and delivery process with patience and understanding. We attended many car yards over the weekend with pushy and arrogant salesman … but returned to Katie for the final purchase!
