First time customer. Had purchased two toner cartridges, one colour and one black. The black one arrived empty. I troubleshooted and updated my printer, but with no luck. Emailed with photos and new cartridge sent with no questions asked. IT ARRIVED IN LESS THAN 24hrs!! Amazing!! This one was full. Thank you.
