I took my iPhone 7 in today and within just a few minutes, the technician had a pretty good idea as to nature of problem and suggested a software update. I am hopeful that problem is resolved. Time will tell. Even if issue not fully resolved, I feel very comfortable returning. And.....no charge for today.
