I had a great experience with the mobile grooming service. They were punctual, professional, and very convenient coming right to my home. My dog was pretty matted, and they handled it with care and patience throughout the grooming process. He came out looking clean, fresh, and much more comfortable. Lorena was fantastic with our older arthritic dog. He was so happy and comfortable through the process. The van is equipped so there are only 2 very small steps and an elevator platform so there was no lifting or hopping up. Will definitely use this service again for our elderly Chow mix.
Great service, great job! Lorena was fantastic. She made my dog feel very comfortable when shampooed and cut his hair. Serenaded him in Spanish to make him feel calm.
