My husband and I were picking out a collar and toys for our fur baby in India and were worried that it wouldn't fit him right. Not only did Susan help us pick out a collar by looking at his picture and making an estimate of what might fit but she also offered to take it back if it didn't fit.. We will be back here every time we are back in Nyc!
