Worst experience ever!!!! Owned our camper a year, in our possession about 6 months due to their terrible service! Camped 4 times and every time was a bad experience every time, always something wrong!!! They don’t not check things well, lie, and will not return calls. DO NOT GO HERE!!! We ended up going north to a bigger, more reputable rv dealer, they got us right in and were amazing. They have 20 bays and no amish or people who don't know what they are doing and lie to you! So disappointed in this local place

The overall deal was by far the best among competing area dealers and service went above and beyond to work with us on all of our special requests, upgrades and moves from trade-in unit to new trailer. Yes, every new trailer comes with initial issues to be addressed, but the Zoomer's service team did a thorough pre-delivery inspection and caught them prior to our delivery and walk-thru. If you're looking for a great no pressure super easy RV purchase for the best price anyone offers, look no further! I have purchased RV's in the past and have never had a better experience. I live 6 hours from Zoomers Iowa Facility so this was my first long distance site unseen purchase. Why did I take the chance of this long distance deal?
