The service department is a joke. I bought a new Alpine and the door handle broke in May. I finally got a door handle in July ( the wrong one). Still have not gotten a return call! I will just have to buy one. Great warranty on an $80,000 camper. Would not recommend!
I bought a camper from these people (Ina IL) in 2023. It ended up having a bunch of leaks. External and internal. Some of the leaks had been bandaged by the crew here at zoomers while it was on the lot. I’m sure they noticed it leaking and chose to improperly fix the issue by smearing a big bead of silicon around the front window instead of removing and resealing the window. Fantastic first experience buying an RV. We very much appreciated the low-pressure sales: we knew what we were looking for; the staff welcomed us to explore the lot on our own, which I liked - no hovering salesperson! We ended up upgrading our purchase because of the excellent sale price, and when the staff discovered a controller board problem, they got that onto the documentation to make sure it gets fixed. Super happy with our purchase - Zoomers is a great gem for anyone in southwest Iowa or northwest(ish) Missouri!
