Just purchased our 3rd travel trailer from the Zoomers Ina location for our rental business. Ralph was our salesman and we told them what our needs were and what we were looking to spend and he was able to find us exactly what we were looking for and fast. He also did the walk through before we left with it and made sure every detail was covered and that everything worked properly before we left the lot. As our business grows we will plan to continue doing all our purchases and maintenance here. Highly recommend.
Once we found the toy hauler we wanted in Iowa, we started the application process with the Indiana office who communicated very quickly, and clearly, with the Iowa location. When we came to view the unit, Anthony was able to answer all of our questions and showed us a few other models to compare. Never got back to me. Had multiple people message me sent emails back no responses. I said cash is perfect. I never received a message saying what you just said. "As we said" never got a email or response back prove to me that you said it.
On Monday, June 29, I called to inquire about a travel trailer they had listed. Colt was friendly, answered my initial questions, and sent me a proposal the same day. During that conversation, he mentioned that the trailer had been on their lot for approximately 600 days and volunteered to take it off the market for me while I completed my due diligence. Let me start by saying if I could give no stars I absolutely would. This is the absolute worst place to buy a camper from. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. It has been a nightmare from the very beginning to present day. Day 1 I called inquiring about a specific camper that they had. Kody was all about sending me videos of the camper and acted like he was going to be helpful. Crickets after day 1.
