I bought a 2012 motorhome from mike he was excellent got everything fixed that was needed and Don in service made sure everything was fixed i would recommend them highly
PLEASE don't waste your time with these people. Purchased a 2017 RV with hardly any miles on it. Also purchased a 100% coverage 8 year warranty for $4,000.00+. Now, we have approximately $12,000.00 worth of damage due to a leak on the slide. The warranty will be ZERO dollars on the claim. Zoomers does nothing but pass the buck. We are going to get a lawyer. Tired of fighting with them, but definitely not giving up----------EVER!!!!!
BEWARE!!!! Dishonest. Insulting. Limited Customer Service. They offer an extended warranty, but months later, I still haven't received my requested manufacturer warranty. Many discrepancies in what they tell you.
I cannot recall having a worse purchasing experience. Now, the service experience is quickly escalating to the top as well. I purchased an RV from Ben over the internet. I was told there was no damage to the RV. Once received, I immediatley noticed the floor in the entry and kitchen is feels like you will fall through. I spoke with Chris (service manager) and was told that since I weigh 185 pounds, the floor will hold, because it holds him and he weighs 260 pounds. We bought our camper 2 months ago and told the table was in storage and would be in the camper on delivery. Of course there was no table when delivered. Multiple texts from salesman that they ordered it, and it was being shipped-not true. More phone calls to salesman and parts department over the last 2 months and then no follow through on any of their statements about getting us a table. Best travel trailer or RV buying experience we've ever had!! They were quick to respond. Listed prices are VERY reasonable so less need to haggle down the price. Great customer service. Anthony Webb made our buying experience easy. Misty did an excellent job in the walk through and quickly found answers to any questions we had she couldn't answer and Alex was very efficient and up front with warrant information. Will definitely buy from Zoomers RV again in the future!!
