We came here looking for a camper after ours was totaled in a storm. From the moment we walked in until the moment we signed on the dotted line we had great service!! We were somewhat on a time crunch because we had see wrap trips planned and they got us into a great camper and we didn’t have to cancel a single trip. I will be going here for all of my future camper needs.
Stoped by to purchase a couple of tubes of non-leveling, lap sealant, and wasn't able to do so. Apparently, the parts counterperson takes lunch, and it doesn't leave a sign or anything on the parts counter saying they're closed. Someone from the service desk offered to help but I, a customer on the lot was preempted by a ringing phone....... I'll just take all of my future rv purchase business elsewhere.
Had a couple issues with our 5th wheel. Called Zoomers Illinois in Ina and talked to Teresa. She was very courteous and helpful. She got me an appointment within a few days of the call. I told her we needed the camper back asap as we we had a trip planned at the end of the week. Dropped the camper off Monday and she called Tuesday stating the repairs were completed. Worst RV spot ever! We drove over 2 hours and were in the middle of a deal when they went to take our down payment they told us they couldn't accept it because some at another location already put a down payment on it. Tried reach out to the owner but didn't hear back. Extremely frustrating and a poor way to run a business!!
