I bought a new camper from these people in 2023. It ended up having a bunch of leaks. External and internal. Some of the leaks had been bandaged by the crew here at zoomers while it was on the lot. I’m sure they noticed it leaking and chose to improperly fix the issue by smearing a big bead of silicon around the front window instead of removing and resealing the window. Stopped to have the roof looked at and staff was very professional, willing to assist and very accommodating to get the roof caulked so we could continue traveling to our destination.

Everyone in sales and parts were very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Walk through after sale was more thorough than I've ever had. However, when you need service it's a different story. For warranty work they didn't make a request to Keystone for a week and a half until I contacted them. Since then I was told twice that they would check on progress and call me back and I never heard back. Camper has been at shop for 5 weeks now and still waiting for repairs!

We traveled 138 miles to see a used RV they had at this location. The person in charge was not there that day, so we spent the next few weeks negotiating and having them run our credit, etc via phone and text. We tried to contact them for four days to give them our down payment to no avail. When we finally did, they had sold that RV to someone else out from under us! Do NOT do business with these people! I cannot tell you how furious I am about this!

Omgosh Travis and Desiree were lifesavers. Travis was able to fix the door to the RV. My daughter and I are traveling from Texas to Michigan and the door broke on the way We stopped here and they were able to fix it. That was a huge lifesaver so grateful. And Desiree is super friendly They are so accommodating so very grateful Please stop here at zoomer’s RV. You can’t go wrong.
