I had a good experience at Zoomers and I would recommend purchasing from them. They provided a thorough walk through prior to purchase and the experience was relaxed and professional.
We purchased a new camper from Zoomers in Ina, IL last week. I would love to give this review 5 stars because several members of the team provided exceptional service, but one negative experience prevents me from doing so. My husband and I purchased a camper from here yesterday. After visiting several locations browsing for the perfect one, we finally ended up here and we are so glad we did. The salesman were not pushy at all and answered all of our questions. The prices were competitive to other RV stores, the set up kids were a fourth of the price compared to camping world, and Ralph gave us an amazing and thorough walkthrough of our new camper teaching us everything we needed to know.
