Two hour wait outside in the cold feeling pretty sick. Finally got my rapid and PCR tests. Then they never bothered to send me my results. They don't answer the phones, so you have to get your results in person. Then they gave me a hard time for cutting in front of the 2 hour line to ask for a print out for my results. I've heard experiences of short waits and unreliable results from others, but now that cases are going up, expect to have an awful time.

ZoomCare has been an absolute godsend since moving to Brooklyn in the pandemic. Clean facilities, the kindest and most dedicated staff, and quick results. I visit several times per month and am so glad to have them nearby!

Very quick and friendly staff! Rapid test results in 20 min and PCR in 20-48 hrs.

Update as of 9/26/22: when you walk in you realize the floor (or anything) hasn’t been cleaned since they opened their doors however many years ago. I was shallowly swabbed for a 50$ pcr test and then told that the results portal hasn’t been working for over a month. When I asked if they would email the results they said no, you have to call and request them to email the result… it could be 24-72 hours.
