ZoomCare has always been great but I feel that Jordan went above and beyond He is so professional and through and that’s greatly appreciated. He definitely listens and understands what the issues are and really wants to understand how he can help! He was worried I would give him a bad review but literally it’s the opposite it’s 10/10 Thank you Marty
Made up the price of a test so I would agree to it. I was charged 3 times higher than they quoted me after submitting the test, and told by staff that they have no control on lab work prices, after they had told me exactly what it would cost before the test.
