Unfortunately, they do not tell you at the visit whether your insurance is covered. Additionally, they put your credit card in their system and will just bill your credit card with no authorization. Super fast, knowledgeable and kind!!
After I had finished filling out all of my insurance info at home before my visit I was told by the person at the front desk that my insurance (United Healthcare) wasn't taken at the location. I paid over $200 for my visit. A few days later I checked my online insurance portal and found that Zoom Care was almost instantly reimbursed by my insurance provider.
