My son needed a last-minute sports physical. They had plenty of open slots, got us in quick, and didn’t make us wait 3 days to get the form like Kaiser would have. $65 felt like a reasonable price too.

I am dissatisfied with the level of service received. Despite following the prescribed medication, I experienced no improvement in my condition. I paid a significant fee for the initial consultation and requested a follow-up with the same doctor for further guidance. However, I was informed that each visit would incur additional charges, which is disappointing.
This place used to be good, but not anymore. They switched to AthenaHealth month ago and lost all my records, no response from customer service. I spent 2 hours calling them for a prescription refill, no one would answer. Contacted customer service, nothing.
