Terrible experience. Scheduled a virtual appointment for the next morning after a really rough night and ended up waiting and waiting for Andrea to join the appointment. When she finally did, she was rude and dismissive about the delay. No apology, no acknowledgement that she was late. I also couldn't get through to their customer service to even figure out what was going on. First and last experience with ZoomCare. Try OneMedical, everyone. Their doctors are on-time and care more about their patients.
Supper friendly and supportive front desk staff and professional doctor!
Human checks you in. I just had simple infection, got in fast, they even had antibiotics onsite and no need to go to pharmacy. Very friendly, very coordinated with medicine all ready for me at front desk when I was done.
