Elia, the front desk receptionist is wonderful. I saw Andrea, who is an FNP. She is also terrific. She gives off total Batman vibes, as in she does great detective work on your health questions and curiosities. There are good people at this Zoom Care.
I took my son in due to a progressively worsening cough and I couldn’t get him in to see his pediatrician until the next week. We saw Andrea at ZoomCare and she was AMAZING! I have never had a more positive experience at urgent care!
Andrea was very informative and knowledgable and was in no rush to provide skilled care.
Andrea was PHENOMENAL. She was so personable and high spirited. She reviewed my details before my visit so that she could already start with a solutions-based approach when I arrived. Andrea was so down to earth and gave the impression that she really cared instead of me just me a number. She is was hilarious and I think that making me laugh cured me. She was dope. Hi Andrea, this is the guy who was going to marry his girlfriend for insurance lol. Deker was also amazing at the front desk.
