I burnt my hand pretty bad. I was really embarrassed that this happened. I went in today and saw Mona, Joe, and Dr. Kay. They were absolutely exceptional and made me feel so comfortable. Misdiagnosed by the PA. Had to make unnecessary trip to ER which I adamantly urged to do. Last time I ever use a ZoomCare.
Why would an 'URGENT care' center have a five minute ad instead of just answering the phone?? "If you're over fifty, press one" "one" "We have a special gift for you..." I'm sick, dagnabbit, I'm not in least bit interested in a cheery robot. No way to skip it, no way to talk to a human, they eventually transferred me to another line which promptly hung up. Really bad experience. My wife called and tried to get seen and was denied due to insurance. Why wouldn't they tell her that over the phone and not waste her time?
