It was easy to get an appointment online at their Woodinville facility and I was seen immediately when I got there. Kayla met with me and she was wonderful. She asked lots of questions, listened to everything I had to say, and helped me greatly. I’d never heard of Zoom Care until my son-in-law told me about it, and I’m so glad I went there. BTW, I went to Evergreen Health first, but they had an hour wait. Beware their lab practices. Zoom is in network, but they sent a sample to their own lab in Oregon, which is out of network. They will not work with me in any capacity to resolve this, have me pay the uninsured lab rate, or resubmit the claim because they say their internal policy is to only bill to an insurer in the same state as the lab. I have spent literally 4 hours on the phone with my insurance and Zoom billing trying to resolve this stupid strep test. I had a tele-health visit with FNP Andrea, she actually listened to my concerns and was able to help me get the care I needed by sending a referral to specialty clinic. I finally felt heard after months of getting no where with my PCP or other specialists I had been referred to that were not the correct specialists for my issue. Thank you Andrea!
