Dr. Robin Tong is an outstanding physician. It is very obvious he puts a great deal of intellectual rigor into his profession with encyclopedic knowledge of medicine and pathology. He’s able to explain complex biological processes in ways that are easy to understand and useful. His bedside manner is commensurate with his knowledge. Zoomcare is doing very well in recruiting physicians of his caliber into their expansion into primary care.
Very easy to book an appointment and a lot of available time slots. Very convenient online tools, very clean and new rooms, professional and friendly staff.

Dr. Buffington is the best! He never makes me feel rushed. He patiently and compassionately explains complex medical information. He answered all my questions and I left feeling confident in my treatment plan. I recommend him and Zoomcare to anyone.
The only good thing is that you can get same day appointment unlike waiting in other urgent care facilities. However, the quality of care is non-existent. I took my son with an ear infection here, they gave some 7 day medication regime that didn't work. I took him again, another 10 day regime of antibiotics.. didn't work. I took for a third time. Still nothing. The provider didn't even have the right equipment to properly assess the patient (and its an ear exam) and asked me to goto some other hospital. Now guess what? they ... read more
