I Had received a call from the bank that I had forgot my license just prior to arriving to my appt. I was with my daughter who would go get my license right then. The Front desk worker said she can't check me in without it and I would miss my appt. I asked if I could see the Dr. and by the time he was done my daughter would be back with my ID. Told us they would take our insurance over the phone then whenwe arrived they lied and said they couldn't help us. They didn't even offer to take cash. They just wanted us out. Horrible service.
I booked online for an X-ray. Double checked online it was offered and included it in my treatment notes. Waited 24h to even get an appointment but when I showed up they don’t offer X-rays. They should have called me rather than waste my time.
