I could not get into my PCP for a month so Zoomcare was there for me! PA Chris R is amazing as well as the staff!
I had the best experience today here. Sarah Harmon was so kind and compassionate. She really took her time to explain everything i had questions about to me. Also Gabrielle the MA was so knowledgeable and compassionate while providing me care. Gabrielle knew how scared i was about drawing labs and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process! Im so happy i found these providers and i will definitely come back if i ever need!
Doctors are great! But poor access to getting a sign language interpreter. Missed out what was happening for the first 10 minutes of the Doctors visit. They did not know how to sign the VRI service. Please take the training especially Vancouver has a large population of Deaf people.
The approach is the most transparent and validating that I have had in WA and most of OR.
Doctor Sara is very accommodating and caring.
