I'm here to provide a review for Katie from the ZoomCare | Patient Support Center. (I received care from this location multiple times and it was great, but that's not why I'm here.) I had issues accessing my billing statements online, thinking that my insurance claims didn't go through. After emailing Support, Katie not only provides copies of said statements, but also discovers that the claims were sent to the wrong location. Ease of setting up appointment to following directions to seeing doctor. Everything was quick and easy. Doctor knows her job and did it well. Great place 😄

I dodged a bullet. I wish I had read the prior review. Their systems don't update and list prior insurance that's no longer active. I tried to show the idiot phlebotomist behind the counter that my prior insurance was denied so I could pay out of pocket. She said it must say inactive not denied coverage. She couldn't tell the difference between denied coverage and Inactive Lol. Clearly made my day because I have never met someone so stupid. Dr. Harmon should not be a medical professional. I came in for a few simple tests, and she did not pay attention to what she was doing, and I am now writing this from the emergency room. Do not come here.
