I've been with them for a couple years now, and I have no idea what is going on with their gate this year. I've been stuck 3 times. Twice stuck inside and couldn't get out - which made me late for work. And on Monday it wouldn't open for me to go inside to unload my car. Issues always seem to happen before and after hours from when the staff starts work.

I forget the ladys name who was working on april 1st but outstanding customer service! Was able to check it quickly even though there were some complications with the promotion deal. EDIT: 6 MONTHS LATER! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU USE A DIFFERENT FACILITY. THE RATS HAVE RUINED EVERYTHING OF MINE, a long with massive water damage. Roof was being done all my stuff got ruined.
