Thank goodness for Megan, first time getting a spray tan and not feeling orange. She actually showed me what to do, 100% will do another one. Change to one star because Megan is no longer there and that place literally stinks like fresh fish now. Per your response : that’s not accurate. Send someone in there now. The place was nice and well taken care of. Used to enjoy going in. Now it’s clear no one cares. Will be tanning via self tan from now on. At least then I know it’s hygienic.
I would have given Ithaca zoom tan 5 stars, but when I found out Megan no longer worked there I was really bummed. It was great when Megan was there. It was always clean and I always felt comfortable. I have a lot of anxiety and Megan always made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. She also told me about the sales and described everything about each lotion . And unlike most of the zoom tan employees, she never made me feel pressured to buy anything.
