Great 1st time there today! 😎 Very high security (ID & fingerprint), but understandable. Very clean as well ❤ The front desk attendant was so welcoming! Excited to be a Zoom Tan member. Will be back often, paying for the membership was well worth it. Great experience overall!
This location has super friendly employees BUT there is a bright neon light on that says Open 24/7. Not true! The locking mechanism malfunctions so the 24/7 feature is never available if you go when the salon is not open. When I complained to Zoom Tan Customer Care they told me the 24/7 feature is a perk not a right of membership! Wow.
Friendly staff and the machine is very clean. Love them.
