I joined this location in 2023 and have maintained a monthly membership until today. I’ve decided to cancel for several reasons. Since the machine upgrade, the spray tan quality appears diluted and no longer delivers the results I previously experienced. Additionally, there is a lack of bronzer undertone options, which limits customization. Great experience after have an absolutely miserable experience due to Krissy in the Venice location. Sad that I have to drive 35 minutes away to have a comfortable session. The venice management condone their employee's verbal abuse of long-time clients!
