My wife went for a tanning session and was sold a single month special of $19.99 - What she was not advised of is that after the one month promotion the monthly billing increased and continued at $59.00!!! if there was a way to give a negative numbers of stars in this review, i would. all potential customers, please be aware. a family member of mine went to the Zoom Tan Camillus location for a spray tan. the person at the desk advised her of a "current special" available to save her some money, for only $19.99. she agreed and recieved her session. she was COMPLETELY not informed and COMPLETELY unaware that by accepting the special being offered to her at the desk, also had strings attached to it for a monthly, $59 auto-charge ... read more

I don’t often leave reviews, but I felt it was important this time. I visit Zoom Tan only once a week but I always looked forward to going, especially when Sarah Church was there. She greeted everyone with a smile and a positive attitude and made you feel like you were the most important person there. She is the very best.
