The girl working there is clueless wouldn't give me my discount on lotions because she already ran my payment and kept having card issues so my spouse had to sign up online and also couldn't get a discount either. Will cancel membership as soon as 10 days!

I just got home from riding my electric bike to zoom tan. Today is the 31st of December and I showed up to the zoom tan front door and went to open it at exactly 5pm. But it was locked. When I was locking my bike up to a pole I saw the zoom tan lady let someone else inside, and I came to the door not even a minute after that happened. The zoom tan lady told me that you guys were closed early today at 5pm because of the holiday, which I didn't know anything about that. Actually have never been in a Zoomtan more disgusting than this. This is actually horrifying. Clear lack of care. Who lets something get so bad? I'm appalled.

Ryan is a doll! I came in on a chilly Saturday to curb the impending doom of my seasonal depression and even though I have multiple bottles of lotions, today I decided to treat myself to a packet. She was so very patient with my indecisive and annoyingly aloof self. She answered every question I had and even thanked me for helping her practice her product knowledge! What a sweetheart, this location is lucky to have her!
