Customer service here has gotten surprisingly rude lately. Definitely not the same experience this place used to have.
Worker misheard me multiple times while I was giving my information, then rudely told me I needed to speak up because she ‘couldn’t understand me.’ I have a speech impediment and was never rude during the interaction. She then canceled my tanning session without informing me and waited for me to realize it after entering the room and undressing before asking me to leave.
