It was my first time ever going to a tanning place after wanting to for so long but i was a bit nervous because i had no clue what to expect. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and helped with everything. I will be back!

First time at zoom tan. Needed a spray tan for a wedding. Paid for the rapid clear, level 1 solution. Their website advertises rinse time to be 1-3 hours for a rapid. However the spray tan machine and the lady working the front desk said I can't rinse for 4-6 hours. False advertisement and not rapid at all.

Worker misheard me multiple times while I was giving my information, then rudely told me I needed to speak up because she ‘couldn’t understand me.’ I have a speech impediment and was never rude during the interaction. She then canceled my tanning session without informing me and waited for me to realize it after entering the room and undressing before asking me to leave.
