I’ve been to this one and the one in Davison. Staff here is super knowledgeable and I was amazed after a short description & the woman at the front desk looking me over briefly, she was able to pick out literally the perfect tanning lotion for me. every staff member I’ve interacted with here is super sweet & no doubt they’re all well versed in lotions. I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. I started a membership the 1st week of May, was unable to go for over a week, noticed my membership had started even tho I had yet to tan at all, so I decided to cancel and get a refund. 3 weeks later I am getting the run around, still no refund, and absolutely NO WAY to speak to a manager about this issue, even after calling corporate. Very nice place. Awesome they have it set up where you can tan after their closed that's pretty cool. The only thing that is a bummer is that they don't have any beds. Sometimes after a 10-hour shift it's nice to lay down to be able to tan.

Was my first time ever tanning was doing for a vacation to prevent burning. Let me say these girls need a raise that work here, they are so kind and patient took the time to answer any questions and explain everything I only tanned for a month for vacation and was sad my last time but explained id be back next year to tan before vacation again.
